I lolled at seeing what Louis was like on pills, so I thought it'd be cool to lol in-game.

Note: Louis is copyright of Left 4 Dead - Valve. Who own a lot.
And the pills, too.
The images are inverted, because they need to be. It inverts itself in-game.
If you place the spray next to a wall, it looks like Louis has taken pills from that wall. This is when it is most effective.
