[Bolt]Mortar - Script Weapon *re-edited*

OfflineIdea source here . My mortar is not a building, but I hope you will like it. Stand near mortar end click "use" key to use mortar.
I want to create collectable or buildable mortar. Currently it's only possible to spawn mortar with say-command (admins only - put your usgn to mrt.admins):
!mortar_place
and remove only if somebody doesn't use it currently(admins only, too):
!mortar_remove
