So I got tired of Ye Olde default cursor sprites that CS2D came with and was disgusted at how inaccurate they were, which ended up in making me want to sprite my own cursor.

So I did, and now I want to share it with you guys - It's distinct, easy on the eyes, and quite hard to lose in the midst of battle.

• Cursor has a wide range of accuracy
• "loading" frame replaced with an easily recognizable watch/timer sprite
• Free to use in your mods so long as you give credit as such:
Precision Cursor/Reticule sprited by RamboFox (- E-Mail Adresse (nur mit Login sichtbar) -)

× Don't gank/steal anything off of the Unreal Software user-based mod archive and claim as your own.

Just a little something whilst I work on other bigger projects.

*NEW* Updated the reticule - It is now slightly shinier, and has a watch/timer graphic as the "wait/loading" reticule/cursor.

Sorry for the delete and re-upload - Somehow the fileserver bugged out on me and would not update the zip of the other submission, so the only choice I had was to start from scratch.

Thanks for bringing me to light about the Nazi Zombies mod that uses my reticule without credit.

Look at the submission dates you idiot - My reticule mod here was submitted about a month before the Nazi Zombie mod.

Looks like we BOTH missed the fact that he actually DID provide credit. We're both idiots - You more so than I because you didn't bother checking the submission dates in the first place

@user cupcakez: there's a thing called liking Call of Duty's reticule and wanting to make something like it.
Everyone's done it, so that's why it looks like I copied this from someone on GameBanana because he/she actually copied it from CoD's reticule design.

Yeah I figured as much - If they try to spam up this submission with an argument any further I'll just a get a mod to delete the comments to keep things clean

Nice killstreak! I'm still learning how to play CS2D so the most kills I'm getting against other players right now is 2 kills and then I die. Or three.

meh he's a troller i don't like them either.
Other than that i used it and it increased my acuracy i got 20 kills and then i got fragged.
the clock is also good too.

The internet is not a good place to put subtle sarcasm, especially as emotionless words on the screen.

Also nice try at humiliating me with the word "butthurt", but if you knew anything about memes and internet popculture words, they do not aid in helping you win an argument. If anything, it's more of a shotgun to the foot type of move.

Your in-game ( actually playing CS2D, if you know what I;m trying to say here. I'm pretty bad at getting through what I want to say, lol ) cursor is not that great, but the little clock one is great.

And how is this "very similar to plagiarism", Ice-cream16? Care to explain where I might have copied this from, if that is what you're suggesting of course.

*edit* Oh I see - I just had a look through your submissions and found a similar, but not exact, reticule like the one I uploaded here.
Stop being so paranoid lol, this is such a generic cursor that there are thousands of variations on the "white stripes with black outlines" theme that you could point more than two games and blame copyright infringements.
Try to keep in mind what plagiarism is and where coincidence happens.

Sure-o man! I only release my work for other people to use of course.

If there's one thing that I hate more (or rather, the most), it's the fact that there are beautiful skinpacks out there and the authors clutch and hog onto them like some sort of scrooge, never letting their creations budge or blossom into another user's mod.
