this allows SPECTATORS AND DEAD PLAYERS ONLY to look at where a particular player is aiming.

to use, say:
!aim [ID]

to remove the aimline, either do !aim 0 or use the id of a different player.

notes: unlike 0104's built in aimline, this one does not flash. also, this works in "free look" mode.

Which means you can CHECK where the potential cheater is looking at, you can find line hackers and aim-bot hackers with this so, no, he can not get banned, its not hack. Also mod, remove fake rate please, its getting stupid.
