LOL: Normaly I can write everything in german, but for the rest:
So, your idea is good, but
- it's easy to make
- if other player join in your server, they don't know that this Script is build in. Maybe you can make a Message every minute (addhook ("minute","minute") with the commands (for example: If you want a weapon say "!weapon-name")).
PS: Maybe you can add screens
PS²: Your description is confused (Unübersichtlich)

Any1 who is at least begginer can do this in 5 minutes...
