Hi guys,

as some of you might know I take part in Mapmaker's Mapmaking Contest 2012. In stage 3 we had to create maps with some files given by Mapmaker. It's the first defuse map I made. Here's my result.

It's called de_village_market and it's a defuse map with two bombspots. I also used the new room feature to get in some nice lighting effects.
I think pictures say more than 1000 words so just watch them.

I hope you'll like it. Criticism is welcome.

P.S.: Please ask me before you edit my map and don't steal it!
(It's recommended to play with low lighting and simple shadows.)

@user WinterPwnd - Actually it's the mmguild.png tileset compiled by me for my latest map. The original creators are LucasRib and Spiral Graphics.

For the map : I won't like/comment until the end of the contest. Just wanted to clarify a thing.

I think it's okay. When the bomb is placed they can fight.
Maybe the T's are busy then and one CT could try to defuse the bomb.

great looking map

I suggest to move CT spawn a little bit closer because right now CTs lose race to both bomb spots, which make it more difficult to defend.

Damn better than the last two maps I've saw. Most of them are just random buildings in the map which you can't enter. You still have room to improve, the map design is more or less OK. Detail of map is good but still can be improved. Creativity is bad since this is another one of those maps that looks like any other map only with a different tile set.

Probably a 3.9 out of 5 to be exact.
