I made a skin from Fallout New Vegas, it's an NCR (New California Republic) Veteran Ranger. I know it's not that accurate but it's better than my old ones.
Well because in Fallout New Vegas, you can look at the iron sight of a pistol which is two-handed and you can just equip a pistol without looking the iron sight which is one-handed, I made two of them, the file has two handed pistol template (ct1.bmp) and one handed pistol template (ct1_Alt.bmp).

Phenixtri: It's not a backpack - It's a part of the armor plus its armor has a shoulder pad thingy that covers the back.
