Well, this isn't something special, it's acting like a mirror because when you attack it, you are the one who's getting damaged. To place it place Func_DynWall and name it "mirror" . Every time you hit it, your current health will go to half. If you shoot it having 1 HP you die. This entity was suggested by @ Mora: .
It seems useless, but it can add some flavor to the gameplay. Good to be added in wide areas to make the player think twice before random/blind shooting. Also, looks nice.

also, why this hitzone work only in UP place of wall and LEFT place of wall? when i attack it in DOWN place i got no effect. I hope you understand me, or i go make screens/art.

Also if it will reset damage of your weapons, will be s**t, with it will need make that Mirror entity kill you by your weapon...what i talk?
Why don't you change it so that it actually reflects bullets once when you hit it. It would add possibilities for some strategical fights. I love my idea

or it damages you for half damage of the weapon?
e.g. m4a1 damage is X so it damages x/2
